Bill Oberste, Executive Broker for Kralicek Realty, began his real-estate career in 1994. Since then he has been promoted to Executive Broker with Kralicek Realty and licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Driven by a love of real-estate and for his home town of Fort Smith. Bill enjoys camping, golfing, hunting and riding his Harley when he has time. Bill is married to Jennifer and they have 1 grown child. Since becoming a realtor in 1994 he been  a member of the Fort Smith Board of Realtors, Arkansas Realtor Association, National Association of Realtors, GRI, Fort Smith Board of Realtors MLS Committee for nine years, Chairman of the Fort Smith Housing Assistance Board and member of the  Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce.
